Well, as the writer seems to understand, just because something is offensive to US doesn’t mean it lacks merit. Not my kind of movie, but Waters is obviously getting something off his chest, and doing it in his own way as an artist. So there are movies I like that others may think are worthless, but I hope we all recognize someone’s right to make them. And watch them!
